Development Plan - Phase 2 |
|
Friday, 24 March 2006 |
With Phase 1 building work complete, Charity activity is now focussed on providing the necessary funds to realise two key activities:
- Provision of day-to-day medical services to the increasing number of patients
- Expansion of buildings & medical resources to undertake a wider range of services.
Estimated at a cost of £80,000, Phase 2 will provide the local
community with an enlarged medical centre that can treat the majority
of ailments and injuries commonly encountered in the region. The
hospital will therefore be able to offer a more comprehensive service
using modern medical facilities and procedures and thus realise the
dream of the Charity's founding benefactor, our Chairman, Dr. Idrees
Awan.
Please help the people of Pindi Hashim and help realise the dream.
Our plans include:
|
- A purpose built investigation block, including x-ray, ultrasound
and laboratory facilities, to deal with the increasing number
of patients.
- Modern surgical theatres instead of the current, temporary
eye theatre.
- Day wards for patients currently coming for eye surgery and
for those coming for kidney stone treatment in the future.
